About Budgets and Quotes
Can I request a quote over the phone?
No, we don’t provide quotes over the phone. To properly assess the work your furniture requires (whether it’s caning, gluing, or restoration), we need you to send us clear photos via email or WhatsApp. This is the only way to guarantee you an accurate and free quote.
Do they have to come to my home to see the furniture in order to give a quote?
In the vast majority of cases, a good photograph sent via WhatsApp or email is enough for our master cabinetmakers to assess the condition of the structure, frame, or finish, and send you an estimated quote.
About Budgets and Quotes
Do you offer pickup and delivery service?
No, we don’t handle our own logistics. We accept jobs from all over the country and leave the shipping to the client, so they can use their preferred freight or express transport service.
Where are they located and what is the access like for delivering a piece of furniture?
Our factory is located at Montenegro 365 (and Jorge Newbery), CABA. We have a reserved space at our entrance (Orange Gate) so you or your delivery truck can park conveniently on the sidewalk for loading and unloading.
About Our Services and Materials
What is the difference between their mats and other, cheaper ones?
We create original cane weavings using premium quality natural and French cane weaving. We don’t use wicker “cane imitations,” which may look similar but lack durability. Furthermore, as cabinetmakers, our process requires us to assess and rebuild the wooden frame before weaving, ensuring that the cane weaving won’t come loose with future use.
Do you manufacture new custom-made furniture for Argentina?
Currently, our new furniture manufacturing line (both period and modern) is exclusively for export. For the Argentine market, our workshop focuses exclusively on conservation: complete restorations, caning, gluing, and refinishing of certain furniture models.
Do they outsource any stage of the restoration?
No. We are a fully integrated factory and we don’t use intermediaries. The entire process (disassembly, gluing, carving of missing pieces, booth polishing, and caning) is carried out in our facilities under strict quality standards. When you hire us, you deal directly with the owners and artisans who work on your furniture.

Our job submission hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:50 p.m.
Can I go directly to the workshop to inquire about a job?
We strongly encourage you to submit a preliminary inquiry by sending photos via email or WhatsApp before visiting us. This will allow us to confirm whether your furniture model falls within the restoration parameters we currently offer and provide you with much faster and more personalized service when you visit.
